Our dedicated team has compassion for healing and will develop a personalized plan of care with you and your loved ones to maximize your recovery. Your plan of care may include: o Close monitoring of your health condition with ongoing communication with your healthcare provider and family. o Assistance with wound care management o Care and Maintenance of Urinary Catheters, Feeding Tubes, IV lines, and Tracheostomies. o Assistance with medication management. o Passive and Active Range of Motion to improve your strength, endurance, and ability to do activities of daily living.
